4) Third‑party services

Some solutions may use third‑party platforms (hosting providers, analytics, ad platforms, email tools, etc.). Those providers have their own terms, fees, and availability. We are not responsible for third‑party outages, policy decisions, or changes.

5) Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own the final paid deliverables created specifically for you. We retain rights to our pre‑existing tools, templates, and know‑how used to deliver the work.

6) Payments

Payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts. Late payments may pause work. Any advance payments or milestones are explained in the proposal and our Refund Policy.

7) Marketing results

Digital marketing performance depends on many factors (industry, competition, offer, website quality, budget, and platform rules). We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or revenue outcomes.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trisha Global Services will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9) Termination

Either party may end services with reasonable written notice. Any completed work and outstanding invoices remain payable. Refunds, if any, follow the Refund Policy.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Delhi, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
